Meet Our RN-Directed Team
FGJ Vital Courier was founded and is led by Farrah Gibbs, RN, a nurse entrepreneur with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Farrah personally oversees both divisions of the business—our medical virtual assistant team and our courier fleet—ensuring that every service reflects high standards of confidentiality, safety, organization, communication, urgency, and compassionate care.
Our medical virtual assistants help healthcare professionals manage scheduling, coordination, and essential back-office responsibilities. Our courier team transports medical materials, pharmacy items, durable medical equipment (DME), confidential documents, business supplies, and other precious packages for healthcare providers, businesses, older adults, caregivers, and families.
Although FGJ Vital Courier does not provide clinical nursing care, our entire team operates under RN-directed leadership. Whether working behind the scenes or on the road, we are committed to delivering dependable, respectful, and professional service at every step.
